Booking Rules

 BOOKING RULES:

• Prices are per room and per night and include 14% local tax.
• For guests under 23 years of age or families with very young children a guaranty deposit of 250 Us$ dollars may be requested at arrival and before consignement of keys at simple Management's decision. Such deposit will guarantee any damage or loss caused by guest and will be returned -after control that everything is in order as found- at check out. To avoid it we suggest you contact Management directly and give necessary references.

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments and PAYPAL.
Paypal payments with credit or debit cards will addition a 4% commissiion

• Check in time: to arrange with innkeeper
• Check out time: 10 a.m.

Possibility to leave your luggage in surveilled place.

• Children under 10 years of age must be well controlled by parents as noise and damages are concerned.
• Extra Guest required pays 15% more of normal tariff.
• Pets are not admitted. Eventual exceptions must be previously authorized by the Manager.
• No smoking inside the Posada is allowed. Proper external areas with ashtrays will permit your smoking, while not bothering other guests present.
• We draw your nattention to a common civil sense of respect for other's right to rest and sleep, begging you avoid making noise during night and day sleeping hours like after 10 p.m. and during 2-4 p.m.

Payment rules:

• 100% payment due upon reservation, or in exceptional cases or through internet conventions, upon arrival prior to take possession of the room.
• A guaranty deposit -in case of damages or loss of lended objects- of 300 usd$ will be due upon consignement of keys. Please arrange to have cash money in Us$, Euros or Mexican Pesos at your arrival. In case of need, passports will be kept in guarantee. The deposit will be returned on exit day after supervision of the room.
• Minimum stay is 1 night. In High Season is 3 nights and for shorter periods, tariffs will be increased by 15%. During peak season's weeks, minimum 6 nights are required and for shorter periods tariffs will be increased by 25%.
• Unfortunately singles pay the same price as a couple.
• Breakfast included in price. All guests of the Posada have free access to the shared swimming pool.

Penalties in case of cancellation after reservation:

• 0% - No penalty of what paid only for cancellations over 90 days prior to check in date;
• 30% - of what paid for cancellations fom 89th day to 61st day , prior to check in date;
• 50% - of what paid for cancellations from 60th to 31st day, prior to check in date;
• 100% - from 30th day to check in date.
