We ask you to please read the following indications and to respect the conditions during your stay with us. Your reservation implies you've read this and accepted all.
- Prices are per room and per night and do not contemplate discounts & promotions nor 12% local tax.
- A 50% guaranty deposit of the total cost of stay will be requested at consignement of keys. Such deposit will guarantee any damage or loss caused by guest and will be returned -after control that everything is in order as found- at check out. Eventual damages will be deducted at own Management's choice..
Prices are exclusively in Mexican Pesos. Any other currency is purely indicative and at the exchanged rate on 1st of december 2009. All payments must be excpressed in Mexican Pesos and Net of bank transfer costs. Except for arranged agreements.

Possibility to leave your luggage in surveilled place.
- Children under 6 years of age must be well controlled by parents as noise and damages are concerned.
- Pets are not admitted. Eventual eceptions must be previously authorized by the Manager.
- No smoking inside the Posada is allowed. Proper external areas with ashtrays will permit your smoking, while not bothering other guests present.
- We draw your nattention to a common civil sense of respect for other's right to rest and sleep, begging you avoid making noise in night and day sleeping hours like after 10 p.m. and during 2-4 p.m.
Payment rules:
- 100% payment due upon reservation, or in exceptional cases or through internet conventions, upon arrival prior to take possession of the room.
- A guaranty deposit in case of damages or loss of lended objects of 50% of the amount of the reservation will be due upon consignement of keys. Please arrange to have the money in Us$, Euros or Mexican Pesos at your arrival.
- In case of need, passports will be kept in guarantee.
- The deposit will be returned on exit day after supervision of the room.
- minimum stay is 3 nights. For shorter periods, tariffs will be increased by 15%. During peak season's weeks, minimum 7 nights are required and for shorter periods tariffs will be increased by 25%
- Unfortunately singles pay the same price as a couple.
- Breakfast included in price. All guests of the Posada have free access to the shared swimming pool.
- Conventions with beach clubs or restaurants are subject to change and must be asked in advance.
Penalties in case of cancellation after reservation:
- 0% - No penalty of what paid only for cancellations over 90 days prior to check in date;
- 30% - of what paid for cancellations fom 89th day to 61st day , prior to check in date;
- 50% - of what paid for cancellations from 60th to 31st day, prior to check in date;
- 100% - from 30th day to check in date.
No credit cards, travellers cheques, Paypal or Western Union transfers are accepted
