Possibility to leave your luggage in surveilled place.

• Children under 6 years of age must be well controlled by parents as noise and damages are concerned.
• Extra Guest required pays 15% more of normal tariff.
• Pets are not admitted. Eventual exceptions must be previously authorized by the Manager.
• No smoking inside the Posada is allowed. Proper external areas with ashtrays will permit your smoking, while not bothering other guests present.

• We draw your nattention to a common civil sense of respect for other's right to rest and sleep, begging you avoid making noise in night and day sleeping hours like after 10 p.m. and during 2-4 p.m.

Payment rules:

• 100% payment due upon reservation, or in exceptional cases or through internet conventions, upon arrival prior to take possession of the room.
• A guaranty deposit in case of damages or loss of lended objects of 50% of the amount of the reservation will be due upon consignement of keys. Please arrange to have the money in Us$, Euros or Mexican Pesos at your arrival.
• In case of need,  passports will be kept in guarantee.
• The deposit will be returned on exit day after supervision of the room.
• minimum stay is 3 nights. For shorter periods, tariffs will be increased by 15%. During peak season's weeks, minimum 7 nights are required and for shorter periods tariffs will be increased by 25%
• Unfortunately singles pay the same price as a couple.
• Breakfast included in price. All guests of the Posada have free access to the shared swimming pool.
• Conventions with beach clubs or restaurants are subject to change and must be asked in advance.

Penalties in case of cancellation after reservation:

• 0% - No penalty of what paid only for cancellations over 90 days prior to check in date;
• 30% - of what paid for cancellations fom 89th day to 61st day ,  prior to check in date;
• 50% - of what paid for cancellations from 60th to 31st day, prior to check in date;
• 100% - from 30th day to check in date.

No credit cards, travellers cheques, Paypal or Western Union transfers are accepted
