Picalu Villas & Management is a Brand in the Hopsitality business present since 2009 in the "Mundo Maya" (Mayan World) which comprehends not only the Riviera Maya as Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal and Tulum, but also all the Yucatàn peninsula.

At this time we count with a Hotel Boutique in Puerto Aventuras, "Villas Picalu", and soon we will manage two new small hotels in Holbox Island (just north of Cancun in the Reserve Area of Yum Balam)

-"Suites Picalu Holbox" are on the beach and

-"Hotel Del Pirata- Holbox" in the town of the Island.

All three structures are located in the State of Quintana Roo, at very few steps from the sea and the best Riviera Mayaès beaches and we have project of expanding our Brand through cooperation systems similar to franchising.

HOW TO REACH US:

One or the other locality are just about a couple of hours by car from Cancun International Airoport.

-To reach the Island of Holbox: From the Airport take A.D.O. Bus to Cancun cityès Main Station (make the ticket inside the airport) to then take another Bus towards the Port of Chiquilà where to ferry to the Island (about half an hour). Our Management will pick you up for a courtesy at your arrival to the Ferry. Cars can be safely parked close to the Chiquiláès Ferry for around 60 pesos per dayin the authorized Parking places. Ferrying your car will cost you about 750 pesos each way and on the island will be only a hustle. Golf Carts are easily rentable and still, the island offers you the great opportunity and pleasure to walk.

It is also possible to reach the island by small planes and with taxis but obviously prices will be more expensive.

-To reach Puerto Aventuras instead, which is only 20 km south of the famous town of Playa del Carmen, it will be sufficient to take A.D.O. Bus at the Airport (make the ticket inside the airport) and with few pesos (106) you will be in Playa in around an hour and a quarter. After that you may choose between a few options on Avenida Juarez between avenidas 20 and 25;

conditioned mini vans which you can find in Calle 2 corner with Avenida 20 or taxis at the Station exit to reach the Gated Community after around 20 minutes.

Villas Picalu Hotel Boutique B&B is exactly 100 meters after the restaurant Pelican's Pointon the street where is Dolphin Discovery in Bahía Xcacel 18.

You can reserve with us at extra cost pickups from/to the Airport which is at about 80/100 km from destinations.

Villas Picalu is exactly at 100 meters from Pelican's Point restaurant on the same street of Dolphin Discovery, Bahía Xcacel 18.

With us you can reserve (at extra cost) pickup serviceform and to the Cancun Int´l Airport to the chosen destinations, at about 80 to 100 km respectively.
